Our mission is absolute: for all communities in Canada to achieve and sustain a measurable, equitable end to homelessness. We are a national movement built on collective bravery, shaped by lived experience, disrupting old assumptions and challenging the belief that homelessness is an inevitability, building a Canada where everyone has a place to call home.
We are committed to modeling and promoting Reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples, inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility in all we do.
Our Team
We are a diverse national team of experts, policy specialists, data analysts, advocates, and frontline leaders – many with their own lived experience of homelessness. Driven by a shared belief that homelessness is solvable, our team works side-by-side with communities across Canada to build lasting, housing solutions. Guided by a volunteer Board of Directors, we combine diverse perspectives with proven tools to shift Canada’s response from managing homelessness to ending it.
