We Can Help You End Homelessness

Your community has people to house, partners to align, and decisions that cannot wait. The Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness (CAEH) works alongside local leaders and frontline teams to turn that effort into measurable progress.

We combine homelessness reduction expertise, local data, and implementation support to help you identify what needs to change, put solutions into practice, and get better and faster at helping more people find and keep a home.

Put the Model for Ending Homelessness into Practice

Your team knows its community. We bring homelessness expertise and national learning to your local work through three connected pillars:

Everyone is Known

The journey home begins when every person is known by name, and each person is seen clearly.

Collective Action

Communities have a coordinated system that connects people to the homes and support they need.

Reduction through improvement

Communities use data to adapt with speed and precision for the people they serve, sharpening their response with every step forward.

Find the Support your Community Needs

Start with the challenge you want to solve. Whether you need a tool, a specific project, additional capacity, or a sustained partnership, we can help you choose support that fits your goals and local context to improve your local homelessness and housing system.

Your community’s progress and partnership help advance the national movement to end homelessness.

We are implementing these best practices and continually improving, and we are doing it in collaboration – together, at the same time.

Our personalized training and support help frontline teams and system leaders apply proven approaches in their day-to-day work. Frontline staff develop the skills to deliver effective interventions that help people find and keep housing, and system leaders strengthen the practices to improve local system performance. Housing First Fidelity Reviews help programs understand their strengths, identify gaps, and prioritize improvements.

Focused Engagements

Resolve a specific barrier through a defined project with agreed outcomes, deliverables, and timelines. We work alongside your team to strengthen By-Name Data, improve pathways from homelessness to housing, and align partners around a shared response. Together, we identify the problem, put changes into practice, and assess the results.

Fractional Support Services

Add experienced support when your team needs more capacity or specialist expertise. A senior CAEH advisor works alongside you to help interpret data, implement improvements, or lead a defined piece of work. Their focus and level of support are shaped around your priorities.

Events That Level Up Your Work

Connect and learn with people working to end homelessness across Canada. Our National Conference on Ending Homelessness, leadership and training events offer opportunities to develop skills, exchange experience, coordinate action, and bring useful ideas back to your community.

The Housing First Fidelity Alignment Workshop provided our community with a valuable opportunity to reflect on our current practices and strengthen our understanding of Housing First principles. The training was engaging, and fostered meaningful discussions about service delivery, system alignment, and continuous improvement. We left with actionable ideas that continue to inform our efforts to strengthen housing stability and homelessness services.
